Biography: Mr. Voigtmann practiced law in Taipei, Taiwan from 1993 to 1997 with his father, who is also an immigration attorney. Mr. Voigtmann was mentored by attorney Maurice C. Inman, Jr., who was former General Counsel of INS from 1981 to 1986 in the Reagan Administration. Mr. Voigtmann worked for Mr. Inman for 13 years until Mr. Inman's retirement from the practice of law in May 2010. Mr. Voigtmann speaks Mandarin Chinese and his practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters and investor and business immigration law. He has immigration written articles for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the China Post (Taiwan) and for Beverly Hills Magazine. He is a sought-after mentor and advisor to other immigration attorneys and businesses in the area of EB-5 immigrant investor law.

Thomas Kranz is a graduate of Stanford University, 1959, and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) J.D. 1964. He served as a U.S. Naval Officer 1959-1961.
